Consultation Requests – To request a phone consultation or video appointment with a telemedicine provider, please call (310-281-7000)  or schedule your consultation through your secure online member portal by visiting www.unitytelehealth.net for further program information.

Cancellation of Service – You can cancel your telehealth service at any time by contacting Unity Telehealth Customer Care at (310)-281-7000. Once canceled, the Unity Telehealth service will not renew and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address on file. Payment and Refund Policy – If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you can request a refund by contacting Unity Telehealth Customer Care at (310)- 281-7000. You are eligible for reimbursement within 14 calendar days after the service purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund for that period. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
