If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your teledoctor, televet, or combo service just email us in writing and we will provide you with a refund. Include:
(1) Subject line: Refund
(2) Your Full Name and ID#
(3) Your Feedback
Email support@unitytelehealth.net and our team will issue a refund to your original card and we will cancel your subscription. You may ask us to restart your subscription anytime by emailing or calling us.
